Order Processing

We deliver to most places in the world. You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.

We partner with shipping agencies like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to offer you and your customers the best possible shipping experience.

You should know that we will not be liable for losses, damages, delays, incomplete deliveries, erroneous deliveries, non-delivery, erroneous information or failure to provide information in relation to your shipment that would have been caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, for example, natural disasters. . , air hazards, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, wars, strikes, civil commotion, or actions or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials) with real or apparent authority.



All orders placed online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

Order deadlines are our suggested dates by which you must place orders to receive them in time for Christmas time.

Shipping Times

In PeruvianMood we work under the concept of print on demand, so we need between 2 to 7 business days to produce your order and between 3 to 5 business days to deliver. 97% of the time you will get your order in 12 business days for the USA and 20 business days rest of the world*. Shipping Restrictions

We do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.


Restricciones para envíos a varias regiones de España

Temporalmente, hemos tenido que restringir los envíos a Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla.

A pesar de que la entrada de mercancías a estas comunidades y ciudades autónomas se rige por el marco europeo, los envíos a estos destinos requieren documentación aduanera adicional. Actualmente, nuestros transportistas no están facilitando esta documentación, lo que ocasiona que los envíos sean devueltos a nuestras instalaciones.

Para evitar que tus pedidos tengan que ser devueltos, hemos suspendido temporalmente el envío de pedidos a las regiones afectadas. Cualquier pedido con destino a una dirección cuyo código postal comience por 07, 35, 38, 51 o 52 será rechazado.

Esta es una solución temporal y estamos trabajando con nuestros transportistas para resolver este problema y reanudar los envíos a todas las regiones de España lo antes posible. Te mantendremos informado tan pronto como se resuelva el problema.


Tracking your order

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

International Shipping

We use USPS for all international deliveries. Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client.

At the moment we only handle standard shipments.
