Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

At the moment we do not handle refunds, only changes due to factory defects.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that for any defective or incorrect item it will be necessary to include a photographic proof and notify it to hola@peruvianmood.com indicating # of Order mentioning the items that you would like to change or return. It is very important that the package number includes the order number for your own identification.

Various types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please, do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial reimbursements are granted (if applicable)
  • Reserve with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or missing parts for reasons that were not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
At the moment we can not make refunds, make sure you choose well before buying.

Items with discount (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be reimbursed, unfortunately items with a discount can not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hola@peruvianmood.com and follow the instructions

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you bought it and sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift was sent to your order later, we will send you a refund and inform you of its return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must first notify: hola@peruvianmood.com and follow the instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
